We need your help!
Please consider participating with a hands-on activity, a tool to operate, or a piece of
heavy equipment to share! Every exhibitor is provided with display tables and
marketing opportunities depending on sponsorship level.

FAQs:
WHAT ARE THE HOURS OF THE EVENT?
The event runs from 9:00am to 1:30pm. We ask that you wait to break down your station until after the final bus departs.
IS LUNCH PROVIDED?
Lunch and bottled water will be provided to Exhibitors per the number requested on the registration form. Please be aware that there is no scheduled lunch break and no one is available to cover your exhibit if you step away. Planning committee members will be delivering lunches if you cannot pick one up.
WHERE SHOULD I PARK?
Parking is limited, so please consider carpooling. There are a limited number of parking spots at the Big Flats municipal campus. Please contact a planning committee member or email Trytrades.southern.tier.ny@gmail.com if you have questions about where to park.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
Please bring everything needed to run your exhibit, including extension cords if electric is needed. Tables and chairs will be provided as were requested on your registration form.
